Color Woodcut

Learn a variety of block-printing techniques with an emphasis on color with traditional and contemporary approaches. Students develop carving expertise with hand tools, sharpening techniques, color mixing, and easy, foolproof registration. Includes frequent demonstrations, hands-on production time and individual assistance. Experienced students will work on developing images for a series of related prints. At the end, every will have a portfolio of wonderful colorful prints.
