Leadership and Management in Nursing Laboratory

This course provides the student with a leadership practicum experience designed in collaboration with a faculty member, practicum representative, in an appropriate health care or community-based care setting. Students will integrate knowledge of evidence-based practice, quality and safety initiatives, and leadership to design, implement, and lead an interdisciplinary team project that will improve client outcomes.
