Introduction to Human Factors Psychology

Human factors psychology is the application of knowledge about human characteristics to the design of human-machine systems. Human factors knowledge, methods and techniques are surveyed with emphasis on the systems, equipment, tasks, and environment being compatible with the sensory, perceptual, cognitive, and physical attributes of those functioning within the human-machine system.
