Sociology of Terrorism

This course (1) reviews the major theories of terrorism, (2) presents the historical, religious, political, and ideological motivations for terrorism, (3) discusses the reality of cyber, chemical, and biological terrorist attacks, and (4) examines the issues of global terrorist networks, broadcast media control or manipulation, and international financing of terrorism.
