Case Management

This course covers principles, practices, issues, and ethics in case management, which is defined as a multidimensional and interdisciplinary process designed to facilitate service delivery and linkages through a direct relationship between a human service professional and client. Populations receiving case management and processes of providing services in least restrictive and most cost effective settings will be examined, along with advocacy and outcome monitoring.
