Programming Challenges

This computer science course gives students practice solving significant programming problems by preparing them to participate in an annual programming contest held by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Topics covered include: data structures, strings, sorting, arithmetic and algebra, combinatorics, number theory, backtracking, graph algorithms, dynamic programming, grids, and geometry.
