History of Military Thought

A seminar that examines the role of military theorists throughout history and their impact both on the military and political establishments. Some of the theorists who may be considered include Sun-Tzu, Machiavelli, Clausewitz, Jomini, and Mahan, and their impact on both strategy and policy is discussed.
