DOCTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MANDARIN TRANSLATION)
The HPU College of Business Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program provides experienced professionals with advanced, applied knowledge to strengthen their leadership and research capabilities. This program is delivered in Mandarin and is offered exclusively to students located in China. Students develop analytical and integrative capabilities, evidence-based decision-making skills, and strategic foresight essential for addressing complex organizational challenges and leading transformation. Through a rigorous and applied curriculum, the program deepens professional expertise and prepares graduates to shape strategy, drive innovation, and create sustainable impact in their organizations and industries.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or an internationally recognized equivalent. An MBA or other relevant master’s degree is preferred; however, applicants with a bachelor’s degree and appropriate managerial or professional experience may also be considered for admission. All applicants must demonstrate readiness for doctoral-level study through prior academic performance, professional qualifications, or other evidence of advanced analytical, organizational, or leadership capability.
