The course provides an awareness of current theories and best practices associated with Knowledge Management (KM). Using a seminar approach, IS 6230 will ask students to become expert in the areas of: identifying and valuing knowledge assets, properly managing intellectual capital, choosing and evaluating KM information architectures, and developing appropriate KM strategies for complex organizations.t
