Description

A seminar dealing with law and litigation connected with the public bureaucracy at all levels: local, state, and federal. The principal motifs of the course relate to the tremendous expansion of the public sector in the past few decades, and the consequent proliferation of administrative regulations and problems deriving therefrom. Representative units include: ratemaking; recruitment procedures; the seperation of powers doctrine; the right to a hearing; ad environment and safety concerns.
