Topics include: bathymetry, sediment sampling and size analysis, seawater sample collection, temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen measurement using in situ instruments, dissolved oxygen and plant nutrient laboratory analyses, in situ light intensity measurements, Lagrangian current measurements.
