Leadership of Self and Others

This course examines essential aspect of leadership, organizational culture and group dynamics. The seminar surveys various leadership styles, the characteristics, effectiveness and appropriateness of each for different situations. Additionally, the course explore the interaction or organizational culture and leadership on team and organization functioning. Leadership behaviors are analyzed and discussed. For Fall 2022 & Spring 2023: MGMT 6002-BX will be cross-listed with MGMT 6002-OLX.
