MBA Capstone Project

The Capstone Project provides MBA students with integrative problems that require a general management perspective. Where possible real-world business problems have to be solved. This project requires the use of a variety of business tools for root cause analysis. This course has a strong emphasis on identifying those areas in which the plan can fail. The student has to design a plan that shows how to implement the plan inside and outside the organization. The student will present the plan in written and verbal form to the class and then possibly to the organization itself. For Fall 2022 & Spring 2023: MGMT 7004-AX will be cross-listed with MGMT 7004-OLX.
