Leading Small Organizations I

Challenges cadets to study, practice, and evaluate adaptive leadership skills with demands of the ROTC Leader Development Assessment Course (LDAC). Challenging scenarios related to small unit tactical operations will develop self-awareness and critical thinking skills. Cadets will receive systematic, specific feedback on their leadership abilities, and analyze/ evaluate their leadership values, attributes, skills and actions.
