Cinematography Workshop

This course covers the fundamentals of cinematography. Students will meticulously review the functions of the single lens reflect still camera and the digital video camera. By the end of this course students will understand the cornerstones of photography and cinematography. Students will address the quality and manipulation of light, shadow, color, and composition while working with various cameras and attendant technology. Students will be able to artistically manipulate the camera’s capabilities and lighting to create images which achieve courses and student creative goals.
