Essential Competencies for Nurse Educators

In this course the doctoral student will acquire competencies to fulfill the leadership role as a nurse educator and/or to fulfill education planning responsibilities in relation to continuous quality improvement programs and translating new knowledge into practice with in organizations. The student will have an opportunity to utilize current technology in current use for developing educational programming.
