Research, Evaluation and Planning for Public Health

Evidence-based research in the public health. Students will develop and apply the basic skills in scientific reasoning, research methodologies, evaluation and planning for their application to public health practices, critically assess research in the public health literature, develop appropriate research questions , apply theoretical frameworks, employ qualitative and experimental research methodologies for evidence based practice, consider ethics questions, and construct an evidence-based research protocol for practice.
