Description
Anyone involved currently, or in the future, as a professional consultant will benefit from this course. This course includes discussions such as organizing and developing a consulting practice, packaging a marketing services as a consultant, client interventions, and designing new products and services. Students will also learn about the dynamics of consulting in the global community, values and ethics in client relationships, and managing consulting projects. Consideration will also be given to consulting process issues such as how to handle typical problems, managing projects, working in different national contexts, and dealing with resistance to change initiatives.
