Description
Introduction to theoretical models, empirical findings, and specific methods and techniques of providing clinical supervision and consultation to individuals and organizations. Through readings, didactic and interactive exercises, role play, and reflective practice, students will learn and practice essential skills in supervision and consultation, understand the particular legal and ethical issues relevant to the provision of supervision and consultation, and develop a further appreciation of their own stance in the supervisory relationship. Course Restrictions: Restricted to students in the Doctorate of Clinical Psychology program.
