Club Management

Private clubs as a legal entity, and its organizational structure, creed, charter, and bylaws are reviewed. The developing and planning of recreational, food & beverage, and other club activities are studied. The application of management principles to effectively use the available financial, physical, and human resources are discussed. Field trips to local area clubs are a mandatory part of the course.
