Course Description

Foundational course that will teach students techniques for managing stress and anxiety, including mindfulness, meditation practices with a physical attribute to yoga. Students will learn the fundamentals of complete yoga practice by studying postures, breathing exercises, history, and principles of the yoga method. This course will provide yoga skills to assist them in improving overall health and wellness. Repeatable for an additional 2 credits.
